December 2014 Meeting

Please join us on December 9th for our holiday user’s group meeting. We will be catering in dinner from Boston Market.

All of us in SBS User’s Group of MN are small businesses. As small businesses, we rely on external business supports services for our companies just like our clients rely on us to be an I.T. support resource. We will be introducing you to the four resources for the some of the most common services you need for your own business. Lynnette Peterson is a CPA with Lethert, Skwira, Schultz and Co. LLP and will be discussing how critical proper accounting services are for your business, as well as the great value of using a CPA firm can provide. Jeff Slagle is an insurance agent with Preferred Insurance Services, Inc. and will be discussing insurance and its necessary role to insulate you as the owner from unforeseen problems. Tony Jenkins is a commercial lending officer with Lake Elmo Bank who will talk about the role of a bank to address needs for loans and financing. Brad Schmitz will discuss phones (wireless and VoIP), alarm systems and Internet connectivity. Brad Schmitz will also talk to you about the opportunity to be able to EASILY “resell” some of these common services to your clients and continue to receive residual payments for the duration of the term that your clients pay their bill, with all billing completely handled by someone else for you.
